Will I need to change my phone number?
Not necessarily. In many cases the system can work with call forwarding or your existing phone setup. We will check this before setup and tell you exactly what is required.
What happens when somebody replies?
Their reply is captured, any remaining automated follow-ups stop, and your business is notified so you can call them back with context.
What happens if they do not reply?
The system can send polite follow-up text messages after set intervals, as long as the caller has not replied or opted out.
Can customers opt out?
Yes. Recognised opt-out messages such as STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE are handled safely and automated messages stop.
Is this an answering service?
No. It does not answer calls or talk to customers for you. It sends a prompt text response when an eligible call is missed, then hands the enquiry back to you.
Is it only for plumbers?
